Carpet Cleaning

We follow a three-step process for most cleaning applications:

1. Pre-Treatment: The carpet is treated with non-harsh, non-abrasive chemicals and deodorizers.

2. Agitation: A counter-rotating brush is used to work the chemicals through the carpet fibers, loosening dirt and stains and lifting debris unreachable by vacuuming.

3. Hot Water Extraction: This step involves applying a light spray of extremely hot water while simultaneously vacuuming to remove dirt, stains, debris, and chemicals, leaving the carpet looking new and smelling fresh.

PRICING

Every property is different, so we make our pricing simple and transparent. You’ll only ever pay for the space we clean, with rates based on the size and condition of the area.

Rates: $0.30 - $0.35 per square foot
Average regular bedroom: $50
Larger rooms (living rooms, master bedrooms): $75 - $100
Hallways and staircases: $50 - $100
