Tile & Grout
Our three-step process includes:

Pre-Spray: Application of chemicals to break down grime, dirt, and residue in the tile and grout.

Agitation: Manual scrubbing of all grout, followed by mechanical brushing to extract dirt from the tile pores.

Extraction: High-pressure spray of hot water (220°F) with simultaneous suction to remove all chemicals, leaving floors looking new.
PRICING
Every property is different, so we make our pricing simple and transparent. You’ll only ever pay for the space we clean, with rates based on the size and condition of the area.
